Across the world he is known as a Child prodigy ,
his name is Harry Cotterill.
Unlike most teenagers his age who have passions such as sports , movies & other common hobbies ,
his passion is drawing and designing cruise liners.
From looking at his concepts he is of remarkable skill for one of his age group.
It's simply amazing as he draws on his art table of his next marvel to composites of today's major cruise liners , he may very well be the future designer of our new cruise liners for the 21st century / modern era.

I was astonished at the immense detail and religious dedication Harry puts into his work to the tiniest of details , to the public rooms , cabin types to even the engineering layout of the vessel.
This is his history:
Harry Cotterill is a young 16 years old guy who lives in Colchester, Essex in the United Kingdom. He is a very keen entrepreneur aspiring to be naval architect, to design the cruise ships of the future. His passion started when he was just 7 years old, after watching the 1997 film Titanic.
In 2005 whilst he was watching the Queen Mary 2 sail from Southampton and was lucky enough to bump into Mr Stephen Payne OBE RDI MNM FREng HonPhD(Science) BScEng(Hons) FRINA Ceng Vice President Chief Naval Architect Carnival Corporate Shipbuilding Southampton. Stephen and Harry have since become great friends and he has inspired him further to become a naval architect.
Since meeting Stephen Harry has contacted many of the major cruise lines, including P&O Cruises, Cunard, Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises and Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines to name but a few of many. He has become very well known by many of the cruise lines due of his fantastic cruise ships drawings. Through them he has had the opportunity to meet many of them and has been invited aboard a number of different vessels.
To date he has visited 15 different vessels for special visits.

Harry has also had drawings taken aboard the following vessels, Oasis of the Seas, Saga Ruby, Thomson Dream, Queen Victoria, Celebrity Solstice, Grand Princess and Ruby Princess
He has drawings displayed aboard the following ships, Queen Victoria, Queen Elizabeth, Celebrity Constellation, Thomson Spirit and Black Watch.

In 2009 Harry appeared on the local BBC News show, BBC Look East
He’s also appeared in his local newspaper many number of times, making him quite a local celebrity within his community.
Harry now has a huge number of followers all over the globe. Harry is currently studying at the Sixth Form College Colchester and hopes to continue his education at University, to a more advance level after and to study Naval Architecture. His dream would be to design the next great ocean liner after the Queen Mary 2 and also to design the world’s ultimate cruise ship, unrivaled in size, luxury and comfort!
